Limited Life-Time Warranty

All structural integrity comes with a limited life-time warranty. 

1- Year Full Warranty 

All furniture is warranted against non-excluded defects in workmanship or materials. During the first year, Rustic Living will repair or replace (at not cost to you) any defective part(s) and pall all the authorized labor costs associated with the repair. The purchaser is responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost associated with any repair after (1) year 

3- Year Warranty:

Any soft goods and cushions come with a (3) year prorated warranty.  Transportation costs are at the expense of the customer after (1) year.

7- Year Warranty:

All moving parts are warrantied for a period of (7) years.  Parts will be replaced, free of charge, for a period of (7) years.  Transportation costs are at the expense of the customer after (1) year

Exclusions:

a)     Any damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product in a way that it was not intended is not covered by warranty.

b)     There is no guarantee that stains will match between batches as every batch of logs and lumber absorb stains differently.  Blemishes in the finish, due to handling and use, are not covered under warranty. Liquid glass itself does not have a warranty.

c)     Some wood grain irregularities, small cracks or checking, knots, worm holes and other natural blemishes are expected as part of the singular beauty of rustic log furniture.  Log furniture is made of natural materials that come straight out of the forest; on rare occasion, an existing timber dweller may exit an aspen log as it fully cures and dries.  Since they require moisture to survive, the issue quickly runs its course and is over; time is the only viable solution.  These forest friends are completely harmless and do not constitute a defect.
